CETPA's Annual Conference Exhibit Show is an extremely popular event. The show does not compete with other conference events, resulting in a large percentage of attendees visiting the exhibit hall. Our attendees use this time for serious research on products and services as well as an opportunity to reconnect with the vendors they know. We recently sold our last available booth. Should exhibitor or attendee need to cancel, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines: On or before September 15, 2017 – full refund; between September 16 and October 27, 2017 - 50% refund; on or after October 27, 2017 - refunds granted at the sole discretion of CETPA.

Exhibitors will receive attendee lists 3 weeks before the event, one week before the event and a final list after the event. Attendees do have the option to opt out of the list. Information includes emails, phone and addresses unless the attendee shares only their address. The list is sent to the booth contact person.
CETPA will have one official raffle at our conference. See the button below to download the raffle form and donate your prize
Due to the E-Rate gifting rules, many vendors find it easier to donate their raffle item to CETPA. Our official raffle immediately after the show on Thursday 11/16/2017, starting at about 4:30pm. This is a long-standing tradition at our conference with many people participating.
Live Raffles at Exhibitor booths are NOT permitted. Exhibitors may give away booth prizes by collecting attendee information and choose a winner at a designated time, or by hosting a game at the booth where all attendees are eligible to play.
The CETPA raffle will be November 16, 2017, 4:30PM – All prizes must be delivered to the Conference Registration Desk by 2:00pm November 16, 2017. If your prize will not be physically at the conference, send the description and any pictures along with the form to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring them to the conference.
