Personalized Learning: Driving Change Through Transformative Leadership

Personalized learning is powerful and can drive student success more effectively than virtually
anything else. Technology has made this customization both more possible and more challenging.
Tailoring instruction presents many questions; district leaders must guide the conversation to find
answers.

Key considerations include:

  •    Engaging your board in setting visionary goals
  •    Moving technology beyond the silo of I.T.
  •    Aligning policies to implement customized instruction
