In October 2012, CETPA returns to the Monterey Conference Center. We hope you will join us for another year of outstanding sessions, keynotes, exhibitors, and networking opportunities. Conference Registration and CETPA Membership
Membership Has Its

Educational Member Registration: $505
Includes 12 month membership, full conference access to all sessions, labs, keynotes, Technology Pavilion, Exhibitor Show and Opening Reception. Meals included are breakfast Wednesday-Friday, Lunch Wednesday-Thursday and dinner at the President's Reception on Wednesday.
Affiliate Member Registration: $660
Includes 12 month membership, full conference access to all sessions, labs, keynotes, Technology Pavilion, Exhibitor Show and Opening Reception. Meals included are breakfast Wednesday-Friday, Lunch Wednesday-Thursday and dinner at the President's Reception on Wednesday.
Retired/Student Member Registration: $140
Includes 12 month membership, full conference access to all sessions, labs, keynotes, Technology Pavilion, Exhibitor Show and Opening Reception. Meals included are breakfast Wednesday-Friday, Lunch Wednesday-Thursday and dinner at the President's Reception on Wednesday.

Would you like to pay for your CETPA Membership separately? Go to the Membership Page and sign up to get your member number. Then, you can register for the conference separately at the discounted member price.
Conference Registration Only
Nonmember Registration: $700
The registration fee includes access to all conference events including the Exhibitor’s Show. Meals provided are Wednesday breakfast lunch and dinner at the President’s Reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast.
Single Day Registration: $195
The registration fee includes access to all conference events on that day. Meals provided are Wednesday breakfast and lunch, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast.
Full Registration for paid members without renewal: $425
Choose the Nonmember ($700) option on the next page. The discount will be shown on the payment page. The registration fee includes access to all conference events including the Exhibitor’s Show. Meals provided are Wednesday breakfast lunch and dinner at the President’s Reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch and Friday breakfast.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before September 18th, 2012. You may email your request to Treasurer@cetpa-k12.org or mail it to CETPA Treasurer, 915 L St #C424 Sacramento, CA 95814. Refund requests received after September 18th, 2012 will be granted at the sole discretion of CETPA. Confirmed registrants who do not show will be charged the full conference fee. All refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the conference. CETPA is not responsible for travel expenses incurred due to cancellations.
