CETPA's Annual Conference Exhibit Show is an extremely popular event. The show does not compete with other conference events for the majority of show hours, resulting in a large percentage of attendees visiting the exhibit hall. Our attendees use this time for serious research on products and services as well as an opportunity to reconnect with the vendors they know. Join us for another amazing show!

Please note that booth prices do not include full conference access. To gain access to sessions, labs, keynotes and meals, please register as an attendee.
Regular booth - $3,300 | Includes pipe and drape and three booth staff badges.
Kiosk - $3,300 | Includes power and lighted graphics. Kiosks are pre-made tabletops with overhead graphics about 3.5 feet wide and 15 feet high.
Double Booth 10x20 - $6,600 | Includes pipe and drape and six booth staff
EndCap Double 20x10 - $8,250 | Double booth at the end of an aisle includes eight booth staff
Large Booth 20x20 – $11,000 | Includes pipe and drape and ten booth staff
Extra Badge for Booth Staff - $110 | Includes lunch on November 14, 2019 only. Does not include full conference access.

Should exhibitor or attendee need to cancel, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines: On or before September 13, 2019 – full refund; between September 14 and October 25, 2019 - 50% refund; on or after October 26, 2019 - refunds granted at the sole discretion of CETPA.
New Exhibitors: Please include your W9 form with your payment. If sent separately, please send to email@example.com.
Exhibitors will receive attendee lists three weeks before the event, one week before the event and a final list after the event. Attendees do have the option to opt out of the list. Information includes emails, phone and addresses unless the attendee shares only their address. The list is sent to the booth contact person.
CETPA will have one official raffle at our conference. See the button below to download the raffle form and donate your prize.
Due to the E-Rate gifting rules, many vendors find it easier to donate their raffle item to CETPA. Our official raffle is immediately after the show on Thursday 11/14/2019, starting at about 3:30pm. This is a long-standing tradition at our conference with many people participating.
Live Raffles at Exhibitor booths are NOT permitted. Exhibitors may give away booth prizes by collecting attendee information and choose a winner at a designated time or by hosting a game at the booth where all attendees are eligible to play.
The CETPA raffle will be November 14, 2019, 3:30PM – All prizes must be delivered to the Conference Registration Desk by 2:00pm November 14, 2019. If your prize will not be physically at the conference, send the description and any pictures along with the form to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring them to the conference.
